The structure (s) shall be kept enclosed and secured until such time <br /> as demolition is complete. <br /> 2. Demolition debris will be kept off adjoining property and/or the <br /> public rights of way unless specific prior approval is obtained � <br /> in writing for temporary use thereof. <br /> 3. All demolition debris will be completely disposed of off site in <br /> an approved landfill and in accordance with all applicable PCA <br /> requirements. <br /> 4 . Upon completion, and within 5 working days of superstructure removal , <br /> the site shall be left clean and clear of all debris , with any <br /> foundation or other excavation filled with earth, level with the <br /> adjacent ground elevation, except when such excavation is to be used <br /> as part of a new building and such new building is actually under <br /> construction. <br /> 5. The undersigned owner shall and hereby does indemnify and hold <br /> harmless the City of Orono, the City Council, and the agents and- <br /> employees of the City from and against all claims, damages, losses <br /> or expenses, including attorney fees, which the City, City Council <br /> and agents and employees of the City may suffer or for which it may <br /> be held liable arising out of or resulting from the assertion against <br /> them of any claims, debts or obligations in consequence of the <br /> demolition described herein as performed by the property owner, his <br /> employees, agents or subcontractors, whether or not caused in part <br /> by a party indemnified hereunder. <br /> 6.
