Completed aFFlication for�s including all information required in the <br /> numbered spac�s, dated and signed by app Iicant. <br /> Two cocies of building glans, drawn to scale, together with sFecifications <br /> containing the following minimum information: (require:nent for building <br /> plans mav be waived by the Building Official for s:nall structures or minor <br /> work) . Where manufacturer or dealer requires the return o� one a�proved <br /> set of plans, four copies will be necessary. <br /> B. Residential Plan reviews will require a minimum of 7 working days for <br /> staff revie*a. All new commercial structures must be a�proved by the Orono <br /> Council. Modification of existing commercial structures will recruire a <br /> minimum of 2 wee:cs for staff review. <br /> I.. CERTIFIC�TE OF SURVEY (signed by a registered land surveyor). A <br /> survey is .required for all t.�es of construction including ne•a homes, <br /> room additions, Forcnes, dec�cs and accessary buildings. The survey <br /> must include the Iegal description of pro�erty, location of existing <br /> and pro�osed structures on t:�e site, location o= aIl Frozosed im�rove- <br /> ments such as driveways, retaining walls , dec!cs , sidewal:�cs , etc. <br /> (Refer to minimum standards sheet attached. ) <br /> Survey Requirement Exem�tion - A survey will not be required for <br /> detached accessorv structures of Iess than 1,000 s.f. in total <br /> floor area wnen all oz the following conditions are met: <br /> a ) The area of the property exceeds the minimum lot <br /> width/lot area standards of the zoning distric�. <br /> b) Owner/aFp Iicant has staked the Iocation of the proposed <br /> structure meeting the required setbac?cs, and the groFerty <br /> corner pins are staked and visible. <br /> c) Owner/apFlicant has obtained written non-objection of <br /> most-affected adjacent proFerty owner. <br /> A site inspection by City staff is required. Site inspection fee is <br /> $30.00 and shall be paid with the building ger.nit. <br /> 2. Gradina and Drainaqe Plans - where any changes in grade or <br /> drainage are proposed as a result of the construction, a grading and <br /> drainage p lan must be submitted showing existing and proFosed contours <br /> or grades.
