After my review it <br /> appears the permit approval erroneously allowed 44 additional square feet of hardcover over the <br /> amount allowed by Resolution No. 5961. <br /> We received the as-built survey for your project at 1635 Bohns Point Road, thank you. The hardcover <br /> calculations submitted with the as-built survey reflect an as-built hardcover level of 6,317 square feet. <br /> This as-built hardcover level exceeds the 5,883 square feet allowed per permit#2012-00273. Therefore, <br /> in order to finalize your permits and release the $2,500 escrow held by the City you must remove 434 <br /> square feet of hardcover and bring your property into compliance.
