A requirement for closing out the permit and refunding the $2,500 <br /> currently held in escrow is submittal of an as-built survey and hardcover calculations. <br /> In order to being the process for the release of the escrow funds, please submit an as-built <br /> survey and hardcover calculations which reflects all improvements to the property. Attached is <br /> a copy of our survey requirements, hardcover information packet and calculations sheets. <br /> Please note, the snow must be melted enough for the surveyor to accurately document existing <br /> topography.
