A final inspection must be <br /> conducted before the permit can be closed out. <br /> Please note, the City continues to hold an escrow of $2,000 in conjunction with the incline <br /> elevator permit. Please call 952-249-4600 to schedule a final inspection for building permit <br /> number 2013-01285. Additionally, you must provide transportation for our inspector to and from <br /> the property.
