Houck and Mary L. Houck Revocable Trust Agreement dated <br /> April 10, 2007. <br /> The Certificate of Trust was executed by Affiant and relates to real property in Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, legally described as: Lot 3,Block 1, Carman Cove. <br /> 2. The name and address of each Trustee empowered to act under the Trust Instrument at <br /> the time of the execution of this Affidavit is: <br /> William C. Houck and Mary L. Houck <br /> 3225 Carman Road <br /> Excelsior, Minnesota 55331 <br /> 3. The Trustees, who have executed that certain Easement,relating to the real property <br /> described above,between William C.Houck and Mary L.Houck as Trustees of the <br /> William C. Houck and Mary L. Houck Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 10,2007, <br /> and the City of Orono: <br /> (a) are empowered by the provisions of the Trust Instrument to sell, convey,pledge, <br /> mortgage, lease, or transfer title to any interest in real property held in trust; and <br /> (b) are the only Trustees required by the provisions of the Trust Instrument to execute <br /> and deliver such an instrument. <br /> 4.
