The footing and soil are <br /> adequate to safely support a second story addition on the e�cisting 12 inch concrete block wall. <br /> The wall is either filled cells or solid block, from the effort to try to break through the block face. <br /> The foundation for the basement wall is deeper than indicated on sheet 6, so the new low block <br /> wall will not be required.
