� <br /> �� C� � 1�► '��� I�� � 5�c�► � -�' <br /> June 23, 2005 <br /> The owners of 920 and 825 Brown Road South have agreed to pay the costs for a sewer <br /> extension project to serve their properties. This project should be completed by the end of <br /> June. This is a pressure sewer system and will require the property owners to install, <br /> operate, and maintain their own grinder pump stations. An E1 Progressive Cavity Pump <br /> must be installed for these properties. To connect to the sewer system a sewer connection <br /> permit must be obtained and a SAC fee paid. There is no sewer connection fee due <br /> because the owners have agreed to pay for the sewer project to seive these properties. <br /> Please flag these properties in the Govern program, and I also will put a copy of this <br /> memo in the property street files. <br /> Thanks Greg Gappa <br />
