A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE <br /> WEBBER HILLS SANITARY SEWER�YT�NSIOi� <br /> ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> WHERIEAS, the property owners have petitioned for an assessment sanitaiy sewer <br /> project and have signed assessment waivers, waivin� all applicable assessment procedural <br /> requirements, and requesting to be assessed for project costs for the V��ebber Sanitary Sewer <br /> Extension improvements. <br /> �pW� TI�ERE�'pgZE, �E I�f' R�SOLVED, by the Cit}' COL111C11 of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is <br /> hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, <br /> and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed <br /> improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 2, Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments e�:tending over a period of 15 <br /> years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the tirst Nlonday in January <br /> 200o anci stiali �ea� iizteres� at the ra�e of 525�o per a��n��,n fror:� the�ate ef the ado�tion of <br /> this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire <br /> assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 2006. To each subsequent <br /> installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> 3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br /> �ssessment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, ��ith <br /> interest accrued to the date of payment,to the City Treastu�er,except that no interest shall be <br /> chargecl if the entire assessment i5 paid witllin thirty (3�) days f'rom the adoption of tllis <br /> resolution: and he may, at anytime thereafter, pay to the City Trelsurer the entire amount of <br /> the assessment remainina unpaid,with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in���hich <br /> stich payment is made. Such payment must be made before November 1� or interest�i-ill be <br /> charged through December �1 of the next succeedin� year. Partial prepa��ment may be <br /> allo��ved in accordanee with ordinances �ti�hich are existin� or which the City ma�� choose to <br /> ac'topt in the ruture. <br /> Pa�e 1 of? <br />
