It was <br /> field identified on May 14, 1999. The basin is part of a larger system which flows to Lake <br /> ' Minnetonka. <br /> Review of U.S. Fish and Wildlife National Wetland Inventory maps indicates one PEMF wetland <br /> � at this location. Based on review of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Protected <br /> Waters map, protected water number 859W is located on this property. No Ordinary High Water <br /> ' (OHW) has been determined far this wetland basin. <br /> Recorded rainfall at the National Weather Service in Chanhassen, NIN far the 7 days preceding the <br /> � delineation was 1.15 inches. <br /> ' Project Location and Site Description <br /> s <br /> The site is located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 117, <br /> ' Range 23 in Hennepin County, MN. The delineation was only conducted along the north side of the <br /> property. The delineation line does not comprise the extent of wetland occurring on the entire <br /> property. <br /> ' Characteristics of Wetland B ' <br /> asins <br /> ' Basin 1 Wetland basin 1 is located along the north side of the property. At the time of the <br /> delineation, water levels were high due to heavy rains far three days preceding the <br /> ' delineation. <br /> ' Wetland basin 1 is classified as a Type 3 wetland (Inland shallow fresh marsh) as <br /> defined in Wetlands and Deepwater Habitats of the United States (FWS <br /> Publication 79/31; Cowardin et al) and Wetlands of the United States (USFWS <br /> ' Circular 39; Shaw and Fredine 1971). Based on the 1987 Corps of Engineers <br /> Wetland Delineation Manual, basin 1 is classified as a PEMF (Palustrine Emergent <br /> Semipermanently Flooded) wetland. <br /> ' <br /> ' SCFiOELL�MADSON�INC.
