However, the EDR report does contain a comprehensive listing of most sites that <br /> are known to be or are suspected to have environmental concerns. For this Phase I ESA, the EDR file <br /> search appeared to provide sufficient and current information on potential or reported environmental <br /> problems at or near the Site. A detailed map and description of the facilities identified in the State <br /> and Federal databases are included in the EDR report(Appendix A). <br /> 4.3 Aerial Photographs <br /> As part of the historical data revie��, Carlson reviewed aerial photobraphs with coverage of the Properry <br /> and surrounding areas for the years 1937, 1940, 1953, 1957, 1964> 1969, 1979, 1984, 1991, 1997, <br /> 2000, 2003, and 2008. Copies of the aerial photographs are included in Appendix D. In the review <br /> of the aerial photographs, no on-site or adjacent features were observed that were considered relevant <br /> to the environmental condition of the Properry, except for the followinb: <br /> • 1937 aerial photograph (scale 1 inch=500'): There appears to be one or two buildings located <br /> on the east side of the Properry. The west and central portions appear undeveloped. The <br /> surrounding properties appear to be mainly agricultural. South Bro��n Road exists to the east <br /> and Fox Street exists to the south. A railroad is located 1,500 feet north of the Property. <br /> • 1940 aerial photograph (scale 1 inch=500'): The Property appears to be similar to the previous <br /> photograph althou�h a north south ditch/creek runs through the middle of the Property. The <br /> ditch/creek appears to run to the north and south and crosses the railroad tracks to the north <br /> of the Property. <br /> • 1953 and 1957 aerial photographs (scale 1 inch=500'): There appears to be a tree line on the <br /> northeastern border of the Properry. There appears to be tc��o or three buildings on the east <br /> side of the Properry. A drive��ay/path exists on the northeastern portion of the property that <br /> runs from Brown Road South and ends at the creek in the middle of the Property v��hich <br /> Carlson Professional Sera,�ices, Inc.
