In the past, I had hoped that if the vehicles were to the rear of the buildings that
the complaints regarding your property would stop. They did stop for a period of time but it
has now become an issue again and has become an issue with a state agency.
The City has changed its policy on how to deal with unlicensed inoperable vehicles. Instead of
issuing citations and going through the court system, the City is enforcing a state statute that
allows the City to tow unlicensed vehicles from the property and dispose of them.
Therefore the City must require you to remove all unlicensed inoperable vehicles from all of the
property by May 1, 1995. If this deadline is not met, the City will tow the vehicles and dispose
of them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at my office.
Sincerely,
 C?._

Lyle Oman
Building Official
LO/ch
cc: Jeanne A.
