The Purchase Agreement that has been received by Title One, Inc. is the full and final <br /> agreement between Buyer and Seller. There are no side agreements or disbursements that will be conducted outside <br /> of closing. <br /> 7. Document Correction. If required by Tide One, Inc. or by Lender, Buyer and Seller agree to execute or re-execute <br /> any documentation necessary to fully facilitate the closing, including but not liinited to transferring tide to Buyer <br /> and/or placing Lender's interest of record. <br /> 8. Legal Descriprions and Inserting Names. Buyer and Seller authorize Tide One, Inc. to make corrections to the <br /> legal description on any document if an error or typo has occurred. Buyer and Seller further authorize Title One, Inc. <br /> to insert Buyer's name(s) into documents where spaces have been left blank for insertion,including the Deed that will <br /> convey tide. <br /> 9. Taxes, Liens and Other Payments. All payments of assessments, taxes, liens, utilities associated with the above <br /> property or any other payments required by the Lender or Tide One, Inc. will be paid pursuant to the Purchase <br /> Agreement.
