Staff observed the fence in the front street yard removed, thank you. The fence code <br /> states fences which exceed 42" are not allowed in the first 50 feet of the front street yard. This also <br /> applies to the fence along the side lot line. The fence in the side yard (north and south) must not be <br /> over 42" in height for the first 50 feet or the fence must be removed. The pertinent City Codes and <br /> information sheet on Fences on Non-Lakeshore Properties were sent with the March 7, 2012 letter. If <br /> you would like another copy, please let me know. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> April 16, 2012.
