Section 10.60, Subd. 10 requires screening of parking areas of four or more spaces <br /> and 10.61, Subd. 5 (A) restricts open parking to location out of the required yard areas. In your <br /> zoning district, the required yard areas are as follows: <br /> 50' from street lot lines <br /> 30' from side lot lines. <br /> The City must require you to meet the March 22, 1993 deadline for licensing and making <br /> vehicles operational and must also require you to meet these other zoning code requirements <br /> before April 12, 1993. No extensions will be granted on this deadline. If by that time you have <br /> failed to comply, the City will issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for <br /> preparation of a formal complaint.
