Sediment outside of established erosion control perimeter <br /> • Silt fence at rear of sile is 9/a full. <br /> . Drainage of site down into the ravine <br /> 8oard of Managers • Oebris from trees and sofl clumps have falfen down into the ravine <br /> Pamela Bli�ct The MCWD requires ihat�he permit holder take the following actions: <br /> James Calkins . Silt fence at rear of site needs to be maintained at less than 1/3 full to be effective <br /> Lance Fisher • Reinstall silt fence along Brown Road until sod is placed. <br /> Susan Goetz • Remove as much debris as possible from the ravine to ensure water flow if needed.. <br /> • Reinstall silt fence along left hand side ot site <br /> Monica Gross • Inspectlon fees from June 13, 2003 have not been pald.
