Page 2, Item 7: PIymouth Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning are in the process of <br /> generating designs for plumbing and HVAC systems. That information will be turned over <br /> to you upon application for permit for those portions of the project. <br /> 11 . Page 2, Item 8: Please refer to enclosed Project Manual containing technical specifications <br /> for the project. <br /> 12. Page 2, Item 8: Please refer to enclosed Exterior Envelope Average "U" Value Computation <br /> for material and assembly U-values. <br /> 13. Page 3, Item 9: Driveway access will be located at access point for the previous driveway <br /> that served the existing residence that was demolished. It is therefore assumed that no <br /> permit will be required. <br /> 14. Page 3, Item 11 : Refer to hardcover calculations bound into the Application. <br /> 15. Page 5, Item 3: Offset stakes will be located when the building is staked on the site. This <br /> office has directed the Surveyor to stake the house and the Surveyor stated that such work <br /> will be done in the next couple of days. <br /> 16. Page 5, Item 8: Elevation at top of curb along North Brown Road has not been indicated. <br /> It is the Surveyor's assumption that such a requirement is typically for much smaller parcels. <br /> If curb elevation is required, please advise this office, and work will be performed <br /> immediately. <br /> 17. Page 5, Item 9: Please refer to Land Survey and Architectural Drawings for foundation and <br /> floor elevations. <br /> 18. Page 5, Item 11 : Elevation at each property corner has not been indicated. Again, it is the <br /> Surveyor's assumption that such a requirement is typically for much smaller parcels. <br /> Additionally, we will not be grading near property corners, except at driveway near <br /> southeast corner. If corner elevations are required, please advise this office, and work will <br /> be performed immediately. <br /> 19. Page 5, Item 12: Existing structures on adjacent parcels have not been indicated. The <br /> Surveyor is unsure if such information is required for this lake parcel. If locations of existing <br /> adjacent structures is required, please advise this office, and work will be performed <br /> immediately. Such drawing will probably be required to be at a much smaller scale, <br /> because some adjacent structures are quite distant from this parcel. <br /> 20. Page 5, Item 15: Established high water elevation of Dickey Lake is not shown on the Land <br /> Survey, but, as noted on Page 21 of the Application, it is assumed that OHWL is 985.5'. <br /> 21 .
