SUBDIVISION 9 (F) <br /> FILE NO. 02-2779 <br /> WHEREAS, Jerad Hahn and Leslie Hahn, husband and wife, (hereinafter <br /> "the applicants")are the owners of the property located at 809 Brown Road North within the <br /> City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> The South 354.75 feet of the East 990 feet, except the North 150 feet of the East <br /> 323.4 feet thereof, of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, <br /> To�vnship 118 North,Range 23 West of the 5"'Principal Meridian,Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota(hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono to permit a <br /> "Plumbing in Accessory Structure-Conditional Use Permit"to allow a toilet and sink to be installed <br /> into an accessory structure. <br /> `VHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance w-ith <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on May 20, 2002, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speal:thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #02-2779. <br /> 2. This property is located in the RR-1B Zoning District where 2 acre is the minimum <br /> required lot area. The property consists of approximately 300,�64 s.f. or 6.9 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission revie�r•ed this application on May 20, 2002 and <br /> recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0 of a conditional use permit for plumbing <br /> in an accessory structure to allow for a toilet and sink based on the following <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
