I spoke with you on the telephone shortly thereafter regarding the <br /> status of both of the applications and requested further information. The following <br /> items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered <br /> complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated survey meeting Orono's survey <br /> requirements indicating the following: <br /> 1. All existing structures on the property as well as any existing improvements <br /> such as: driveways, patios, sheds, etc. <br /> 2. The proposed accessory structure and any additional improvements. <br /> 3. Updated hardcover analysis on Orono's hardcover calculation worksheets. <br /> 4. Proposed grading and retaining walls (if any). Please submit engineered <br /> designs for all retaining walls in excess of 4 feet in height if retaining walls are <br /> proposed <br /> 5. The upslope edge of any wetlands should be surveyed following a wetland <br /> delineation. <br /> The building permit application (A11341) is incomplete, and the conditional use <br /> permit application as it also requires the above information is incomplete as well. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review and process to <br /> continue.
