Used as a dwelling unless a guest house conditional use permit is obtained. <br /> c. Rented, leased or otherwise provided for use as a d�velling under any <br /> circumstances. <br /> The applicants acknowled�e that this covenant shall be binding upon current and future <br /> o�vners of the Property, and shall be filed within the chain of title of the Property. <br /> 3. The proposed �arage shall meet Orono's height requirements. <br /> 4. At the time of the Buildin�Perniit review the scope of the project will be reviewed by the <br /> City Engineer to deternline �vhether or not Orono's Wetlands Protection Ordinance is <br /> tri;�ered. If applicable, the Applicants shall comply with the requirenlents of said <br /> ordinance. <br /> 5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicants, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a buildin� pernlit for the new <br /> construction within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire <br /> on that date (November 13, 2008). <br /> 6. Violatiou of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, sliall automatically terminate any authority <br /> granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 7.
