Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> 1380 Briar Street/#2015-01228 <br /> Builder <br /> Permit Conditions Initials <br /> Prior to the start of framing, a foundation as-built survey must be submitted <br /> and approved by the City or a stop work order will be issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. � <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and <br /> hardcover calculations, if applicable must be submitted and approved. � <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built i� <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
