� o� <br /> O �, O CITY of ORONO <br /> �.�'a,���: <br /> �3 ���� � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ;�i`�� �' <br /> � �,� No. 6 � � 9 <br /> � � ��� � � <br /> �kESH�g' <br /> CONCLIlSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby grants a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-420 to allow construction of additions to <br /> the existing home 25 feet from the front property line where a 50 foot setback is required; 19 <br /> feet from the rear property line where a 50 foot setback is required; and 14.4 feet from the south <br /> side lot line where a 30 foot setback is required; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based on the survey and building plans submitted by the Appficants <br /> and annotated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibits A & B. Any <br /> amendments to the approved survey or building plans which are not in conformity with <br /> City codes will require further Planning Comrnission and City Councii review. <br /> 2. Proposed hardcover levels are conforming to the Tier 3 standards; structural coverage <br /> limitations will also be met. Violation of or non-compfiance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 5.
