They <br /> must be modified. <br /> • There are storm drains on the north side of the property, not shown on the survey. It appears the storm <br /> drains are not functioning properly due to the current topography. The storm drains should be shown on the <br /> survey with outlet locations. <br /> A berms was created along the north property line adjacent to a fence. The survey doesn't reflect either. The <br /> north side of the property should be re-graded according to the approved plan or in such a way to ensure water <br /> from this property does not flow on to the neighboring property to the north. Berms within 5-feet of the <br /> � property line are not allowed without a Conditional Use Permit; Reference City Code Sections 78-966 to 78- <br /> 968. The berm must be removed.
