I'm concerned because <br /> we are still waiting for a restoration plan from the previous unpermitted cutting. Our inspector stated that the stump <br /> closest to the road is only 48-feet from water—where cutting is NOT permitted. The other photo shows another stump <br /> that is 115' from water—where cutting is permitted. I discourage you from removing any more trees from the property until <br /> you submit a restoration plan and we are able to review that plan. <br /> I have also attached is the letter I sent on December 1, 2010 requesting a restoration plan for the previous tree removals. <br /> To date the City has not received a restoration plan. Today your property will be posted with a STOP WORK notice. <br /> Please comply with this notice immediately.
