I am trying to connect with Tom Crosby. Some of the
activity may be on the Pillsbury Property. I know that I gave direction to my employees not to
go into the 75foot Lakeshore setback. They were authorized to only remove the dead trees. I
have been assured that this is what they have been doing. Thank you for your concern and
vigilance. Our inspector stated that the stump closest to the road is only 48-feet from water—
where cutting is NOT permitted. The other photo shows another stump that is 11 S from water—
where cutting is permitted. I discourage you from removing any more trees from the property
until you submit a restoration plan and we are able to review that plan.
1
