We <br /> can begin implementing it as soon as we get your approval. Because of buried utilities along <br /> the west road edge and the difficulty of handling and planting trees on the hill slope and <br /> trying to work around existing roots, slightly smaller and more manageable (6-7 foot tall) <br /> nursery stock maples were chosen. We also added 2 extra volunteer maples. The <br /> management of the invasive and nonnative plants will be carried out later this fall and <br /> continued on an annual basis. As per our discussion, the dead cottonwood and 8' stump are <br /> scheduled for removal and the hackberry trimmed to remove dead limbs.
