l. Landscaping in existance and sidewalk steps all built around e�sting garage <br /> 2. Present location has never been a problem from a safety or esthetics standpoint. <br /> 3. Neighbors will approve a variance and in fact share dock across the street haviing <br /> egress and ingress rights across my property in their property titles. They use the <br /> driveway to park. <br /> 4. Plan would be to build essentially the same size garage that would look like the one <br /> existing. <br /> 5. To put the garage anywhere else on the property would create an eyesore as it could not <br /> be made to blend in to the present home. <br />
