Survey should show the location of the proposed erosion co trol location. <br /> 2. The driveway should have some sort of culvert under it to al ow for drainage in the ditch by Bayside Trial. This <br /> culver should be shown on the survey including invert eleva ions and size. It needs to be sized to accommodate <br /> at least a 10 yr storm event. <br /> 3.
