A requirement for <br /> closing out the permit and refunding the $2,500 currently held in escrow is submittal of an as- <br /> built survey and hardcover calculations. <br /> In order to being the process for the release of the escrow funds, please submit an as-built <br /> survey and hardcover calculations which reflects all improvements to the property. Attached is <br /> a copy of our survey requirements and hardcover information and calculations sheets. Please <br /> note, the snow must be melted enough for the surveyor to accurately document existing <br /> topography.
