WHEREAS, the City Council is currently considering whether installation of <br /> municipal �sewer is appropriate for the neighborhood which includes the Property, but has not at this <br /> time determined whether municipal sewer will be provided to the neighborhood or to the Property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual promises <br /> and conditions hereinafter contained; it is hereby agreed as follows: <br /> 1. Propertv Improvements: In accordance with the policies and ordinances of the City, the <br /> following described private improvements are proposed to be constructed by the Property <br /> Owner or his/her contractor, who has applied to the Ciiy for a building pernut for said <br /> private property improvements (the "Properry Improvements"): <br /> a. Issuance of Buildin� Permit for Propertv Im�rovements_ The City agrees to issue a building <br /> permit for the Property Improvements at this time, subject to conformance with all current <br /> City standards and ordinances ior ali applicabie work. <br /> 3.
