(The <br /> building permit application is a separate application from the zoning variance or conditional use <br /> application.) <br /> Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br /> resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance approval <br /> expires one year aftei date of approval.
