The <br /> survey submitted shows the northwest monument appears not to meet the S foot setback. We will issue the permit <br /> even though the survey does not show the monument in the correct location. Please have the property lines staked to <br /> ensure the entrance monuments meet the 5 feet setback from all property lines also keeping a minimum of 22 feet <br /> between the two monuments. <br /> Attached is an escrow agreement. Please sign and return with a check for$700. Once the project is complete and all <br /> disturbed areas have been revegetated, an as-built survey submitted and approved, we can process the escrow <br /> refund. Please note, all expenditures, including escrow refund requests require council approval so depending upon <br /> timing of the above it may take several weeks before the check will be mailed. <br /> I have passed the application off to the building official for his review. As soon as he has completed his review we will <br /> contact you.
