Due to the lack of activity this permit is now expired per IRC Section R105-5 <br /> and Orono Municipal Code 86-70. The property is also in violation of Orono Municipal Code Section <br /> 86-70(b) which requires single-family residence dwellings to have the exterior of the house and yard to <br /> be completed with 12 months. <br /> This letter is to inform you, you must obtain a new building permit. Once you obtain a new building <br /> permit, you must finish the exterior and establish a lawn prior to November 25, 2013. Please be <br /> advised, if you fail to comply with this notice, this matter will be sent to the City Attorney for review and <br /> may result in condemnation. <br /> I have attached the pertinent Code for your reference.
