Our engineer has reviewed it and has comments. Please specifically note item #2 below; this is a concern as the filling within the wetland area was not approved. The fill must be removed. Please let me know when the fill is removed and we will send our inspector out to verify the as-built, close the file, and issue the Certificate of Occupancy. Once verified complete, we can also begin the escrow refund process. 1
