MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday, October 19, 2015 <br /> 6:30 dclock p.m. <br /> Gaffron stated if there are existing utilities, it is his belief the property owner would want to retain that <br /> easement. <br /> Landgraver asked if access to the well is on Pine Ridge. <br /> Gaffron indicated it is. <br /> Landgraver asked if the outlot continues to the right. <br /> Gaffron indicated outlots were created as part of the Sugarwoods subdivision and that there is an outlot <br /> that continues behind the Service 800 Building, the strip mall,the office building, and then the seniar <br /> center. Gaffron stated at this point there does not seem to be any future need far this to be a through road. <br /> Acting Chair Landgraver opened the public hearing at 8:26 p.m. <br /> There were no public comments regarding this application. <br /> Acting Chair Landgraver closed the public hearing at 8:26 p.m. <br /> Lemke stated he would like to retain the utilities easement. <br /> Schoenzeit moved, Lemke seconded,to recommend approval of Application No. 15-3790, City of <br /> Orono,PIN#34-118-23-22-0020,with the recommendation that the utility easement be retained. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br /> 7. #15-3784 CITY OF ORONO TEXT AMENDMENT TO 78-1 DEFINITIONS AND <br /> LAKE YARD LANDSCAPING, RESIDENTIAL LIGHTING, AND LIVING WALLS, 8:28 P.M. - <br /> 9:25 P.M. <br /> Barnhart noted the Planning Commission reviewed this text amendment at its September meeting. Staff <br /> has attempted to address these issues in one ordinance but that the Planning Commission may wish to <br /> separate the two. <br /> Page 26 of 44 <br />
