All lighting shall be <br /> installed in accordance with the followin�provisions: <br /> �1)Li h��ad,�acent propertv. Li�hting sources shall not be permitted so as to li��ht <br /> adjacent property in excess of the maximum intensity. <br /> �2)Maximum Intensitv. No light source or combination thereof which casts li�ht on a <br /> public street shall exceed one foot-candle (meter readin�) as measured from the ri >h�, t-of- <br /> way of said street nor shall any li�ht source or combination thereof which casts li ng t on <br /> adjacent residential propertv exceed four-tenths (0.4) foot candles (meter readin� <br /> measured at the�ropert_ lY ine• <br /> (3)Architectural/historical li�ht fixtures. Architectural/historical light fixtures that <br /> feature globes that are not shielded inav be approved by the Citv Adininistrator or <br /> designee. In no case shall the li�ht affect adjacent propertv in excess of the maximum <br /> intensity. <br /> (4)Location. The light source of an outdoor light fixture shall be set back a minimum of <br /> ten feet from a street ri�ht-of-wav. Outdoor light fixtures, when placed within the lake <br /> yard, shall be fully shielded. <br /> SECTION 4.
