The use is a listed permitted or conditional use in the B-1 zoning district. <br /> 2. The operator shall maintain the annual kennel license. Failure to maintain the kennel <br /> license shall render the Conditional Use Permit lapsed. <br /> 3. Dogs shall be supervised while outdoors at all times. <br /> 4. The trash enclosure shall be constructed of materials consistent with the principal <br /> structure and located as approved by staff. <br /> 5. Application#15-3768 proposes changes to the B-1 <br /> zoning district regulations to permit indoor dog boarding and indoor dog day care as a <br /> conditional use. The Planning Commission recommended approval of that ordinance on August <br /> 17th. The City Council considered that application on September 14th and September 28ih. No <br /> action has been taken, pending review of additional information. Application#15-3780 requests <br /> a Conditional Use Permit for the Woofington,which meets the proposed definition of indoor <br /> dog boarding and day care. The Planning Commission tabled action on that application on <br /> September 21, requesting additional information. <br /> Since the ordinance amendment has not yet been adopted,the Planning Commission may table <br />
