Staff Recommendation: Based on the applicants' request, if the Planning Commission identifies practical difficulties exist which support the granting of the requested structural coverage variance, staff recommends making a motion recommending approval of the structural coverage variance allowing the new 289 square foot (footprint) detached garage.
