Wide grading requires wide clearing and once mature trees <br /> are cut down that is permansnt even if only to construct a temporary road In our <br /> opinion this reques#for s temporaty road for conatiuction is not only onerous from <br /> a cost stand point, but would cause erosion concerns during use and leave a l�ssting <br /> scar to the wooded landscape.
