The Minneha6a Creek Watershed District(MCWD)permit submitte�d appears to be out of date and <br /> does not adequateIy cover the work proposed.Tha applfcant should resubmit plans to MCWD and <br /> may be required to obtain new MCWD approval and permitting for their Erosion Control,Shoreline <br /> and Streambank Stabilization, and Floodplain Alteration Rules.
