We offer the following comments for your consideration: <br /> l. Perimeter erosion conuol measures(siltfence,biologs,etc.) shauld be installed by the Contractor and <br /> inspected by the City prior to any work. Contractor must provide a nninimum 24 hour nodce prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> 2. The Contractor will have to exercise care during demolition and construction to not block the shared <br /> driveway. A clear drive aisle must be maintained at all times to allaw aocess to adjacent properties. <br /> 3. The applicant may be required to obtain Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD) approval <br /> and permitting for their Erosion Control Rule.
