Other materials as may be approved by the counal.Combinations of such materiais shall be <br /> permitted. <br /> (2) All subsequent addfions and outbuildings constructed after the erection of an original building or <br /> buildings shall be oonstrucied of materials comparable fio those;used in the original constfuction <br /> and shall be designed in a manner con#orming with the original architectural design and genera! <br /> appearance. <br /> (3) No building or structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement, tent or shack shall be <br /> constructed, placed or maintained upan the property exoept as accessory to and during the <br /> construction of pertnanent buildings. <br /> {h) Drainage.No(and shall be developed and no use shall be permitted that results in water runoff causing <br /> floods, erosion or deposits on adjacent properties. Site and drainage plans shall be submitted by the <br /> applicant in such detail as required by the oouncil, and those plans shall be reviewed by the city <br /> engineer before submissfon to the planning commission and oour�cil for approval. Such runoff may be <br /> required to be properly channeled inta a natural watercourse, ponding area, storm diain or other public <br /> faalities. Any change In grade affecting waber runoff, whetlier onto adjacent property or othen+vise, <br /> must be in campiiance with the surtace water management plan and shall be consistent with other <br /> applicable regulations or provisions of this Code and subjed to the approval of ather agencies having <br /> jurisdictian over the area affected by the drainage. <br /> {i} Height. No structure or building shall exceed 2�stories and shai!not exceed 3Q feet in height except <br /> as provided in sec�on 78-1366, <br /> (Code 1984, § 10.40(6); Ord.
