Retaining walls shall not be placed within the <br /> shore setback zone. <br /> (6) Average lakeshore setbacic, No principal or aocsssory structure shall be located closer to ti�e <br /> lakeshore than the a�erage distance from the shoreline of existing residenoe buildings on <br /> adjacent lots; except that this does not apply to stairways, lifts, landings, lockboxes, flagpoles <br /> and purnp houses.
