PC Exhibit C <br /> MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL&PLANNING COMMISSION JOINT WORK SESSION <br /> Wednesday, November 5,2014 <br /> 5:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Lili McMiilan,Council Member Lizz Levang, Planning Commission Chair Denise <br /> Leskinen, and Planning Commission Vice Chair Kevin Landgra�er, Planning Comrnissioners Bruce <br /> Lemke, Christopher McGrann, Loren Schoenzeit,lon Schwfngler,lohn Thiesse, Planning <br /> Commission Alternate lanice Berg, and Council Member-Elect Dennis Walsh. <br /> Representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Community Development Director <br /> Andrew Mack, Senior Planner Mike Gaffron, and City Planner Melanie Curtis. <br /> The meeting was convened by Mayor McMillan and an overview of the need for the work <br /> session was provided by Jessica Loftus. Andrew Mack then proceeded to explain why the list of <br /> the 41 potential Orono Gity Code amendment items was prepared and sent out in advance of <br /> the work session, how the list would be reviewed for the evening including a brief staff <br /> summary of each item, foflowed by discussion and a rank prioritizing of the items by the council <br /> and commission.
