MINUTES OF THE ' <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday,June 15,2015 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> 1. The proposed separation between the garage and the northern property line. <br /> 2. Preservation of trees and natural amenities. <br /> 3. The trail along Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> Lemke asked if there is still plenty of room for the lot if the line is adjusted. <br /> Barnhart indicated there would be. <br /> McGrann asked if there will be an easement far the driveway. <br /> Barnhart stated the driveway would either need to be adjusted to accommodate the setback for the garage <br /> or the line would need to shift to the north in order to accommodate the driveway. <br /> Leskinen asked if there will be a second curb cut for the other lot. <br /> Barnhart indicated there will be. <br /> Leskinen asked if there are any issues with an additional curb cut on Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> Gaffron indicated it is a city road at that point. <br /> McGrann asked what Staff would like from the Planning Commission in terms of the trail. McGrann <br /> asked if the trail would be on the west side of the property. <br /> Landgraver noted it is on the west side of the road. <br /> Barnhart stated it would be appropriate to discuss the trail in regards to easements if it is going to be <br /> located outside of the right-of-way.
