No accessory buildings or structures are permitted other than those allowed for a <br /> residential use. <br /> (13) Wholesale green houses, provided that: <br /> a. All outslde storage is fenced so as to screen the stored material from view when observed <br /> from all public streets or adjoining lots. <br /> b. Greenhouse structures are not located in a required yard area. <br /> c. There are no dwellings on the property, except one for the owner or operator of the <br /> wholesale greenhouse. <br /> d. There are no accessory buildings or structures other than those allowed for a residential <br /> use. <br /> (14) Columbaria, provided that all portions of columbaria located at or befow ground shall be <br /> lotated at least five feet from any adjacent lot line and at least 50 feet from principal <br /> structures located on any adjacent properly,whether such property is zoned for residential or <br /> non-residential use. All portions of columbaria located above ground shall meet the following <br /> standards: <br /> a. Located at least ten feet from property boundaries. <br /> b. Located at least 50 feet from principal structures located on any adjacent property, <br /> whether such pro�erry is zoned for residential ar non-residential use. <br /> c. Located at least ten feet from the edge of the paved,traveled roadway. <br /> d. Shall not exceed eight feet in height inc�uding any appurtenances. <br /> e.
