After discussion, <br /> Planning Commission voted 5-0 on a motion to#able ti�e applicatfon.Additional information requested <br /> Inclucies: <br /> 1. Applicant to introduce more formal covenant or easement language, depictfons and specificity <br /> regarding the ptoposed non-buildable areas within individual lots. Additionally, identify with clarity the <br /> specitic buiEding zones within each of the wooded lots, and better document the fimitations placed on <br /> future property owners regarding clearcutting. <br /> 2. Applicant to provide more detail regarding the fut�re Intent for preservation of the prairie areas. <br /> There was a significant leuef of frustration expressed by the Planning Comrnission that the proposed <br /> preservation measures described during the sketch plan review have, w9th the preliminary pla#, been <br /> dlluted to become characterized merely as "the developer has no plans to develop the twa large outlots <br /> and no interest in developing the two large autlots". <br /> We are providing you with a set of the DRAFT minutes of the May 18 meeting. These minutes have not <br /> yet been reviewed or approved by the Planning Commission, but are p�ovided in order to assist you in <br /> determining what additional information to submit in support of your appfication.
