Except as othervvise provided by applicable law, no satellite dish, <br /> antenna or similar equipment or apparatus that is visible beyond the boundary of a L.at shall be <br /> located or installed on the Lot. <br /> 2.2 No Subdivision. So long as any covenant, condition or restriction created by this <br /> Declaration remains in effect, no Lot may be subdivided, oombined with �nother Lot or <br /> replatted, in a manner which changes the number of Lots in the Property. ,Any replatting or other <br /> subdivision or combination of Lots sha11 not, in the absence of an amendment ta this Declaration, <br /> affect the relative rights and obligations of Owners with respc:ct to their voting rights, their <br /> obligations to pay assessments pursuant to this Decl�ation, or otherwise. <br /> 2.3 Maintenance.
