PC�chibit� <br /> Sec. 58-121.- Hourly restriction for certai�operations. <br /> The uses described in this section shall be limited to the times noted and as summarized in table 2: <br /> (1) Domestic power equipment. No person shall operate a garden or lawn tractor, power lawn <br /> mower, power hedge clipper, chainsaw, mulcher, garden tiller, edger, power device for bug <br /> eradication, drill, or other similar domestic power maintenance equipment except between the <br /> hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on any weekday or between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and B:00 <br /> p.m. on weekends and holidays. Snow removal equipment is exempt from this provision. <br /> (2) Refuse hauling. No person shall callect or remove garbage or refuse in any residential district <br /> except befween the hours of 7:U0 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on any weekday ar betwee� the hours of <br /> 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any weekend or holiday. <br /> (3) Construction activities. On the basis of the applicatian and the evidence <br /> submitted, the city must find that the proposed use at the proposed location is or will be: <br /> (1} Consistenf with the community management plan; <br /> (2} Compliant with the zoning code, induding any conditians imposed on specific uses as required <br /> by art�cle V, division 3 of the City Code; <br /> (3} Adequately served by police, fire, roads, and stormwater management; <br /> (4} Provided with an adequate water supply and sewage disposal system; <br /> (5) Not expected to generate excessive demand for public senrices at public cflst; <br /> Page 1 <br />
