The sale or other transfer of a Lot shall not eatinguish or <br /> othervvise impair the assessnnent lien, nor eatinguish �r impair the personal obligadon of the <br /> sellin$ Uwner for any delinquent assessments and interest, costs and expenses, until the same <br /> shall have been paid in full. Notwitb�tandi.ng the foregoing, the personal liability of any Owner <br /> to pay assessments and any related interest, costs and expenses shall apply only as to any such <br /> ass�ssments,interest, costs and expans�s which were due when tt� Owner became the Owner of <br /> the Lot, or which became due thereafter but prior to the date on which the Owner ceased to be <br /> the Owner of the Lo� <br /> 8.9 Governmental Assessments.
